Skyler lifting the sea star. Note the rocks that the sea star was desparately clinging to in order to avoid being lifted. This was no deterrant for Skyler. He will not go anywhere near crabs, however. Maybe sea stars should evolve claws to avoid being disturbed by curious 6-year-olds...

A November Day at the Beach

This week has been gorgeous and we decided to head down to the beach for a few hours. The kids had a great time and I got in some skim-boarding. Maybe I'll get the hang of this after all...
